    The staff was amazing and friendly, offered perfect services. Location: the hotel was next to areas of the resort, most restaurants and the ferry to Isla Mujeres. I found nice Deli Barlovento by accident, it was relatively close to the property😀

    Amazing, amazing, amazing.

    I had the best time lounging on the private beach, soaking up the sun with refreshing cocktails in hand. The staff were attentive and were pretty good, always ready with a smile and a helping hand. Plus, the food at the reservation-required restaurants was delicious and definitely worth it!

    great stay but some areas need improvement

    The Sian Kaan Master Suite was beautiful with an amazing balcony view of the ocean. The staff at the Sian Kaan Beach Club provided really good service that exceeded my expectations. Dining at Careyes was a highlight, offering both excellent presentation and flavor. I also appreciated the fine sea view from my room.

    The service from jesus at sakura was super friendly, and oman at the sens pool bar remembered my favorite drink. The amenities are perfect, and the app made it easy to access everything, including numerous dining options. I loved the relaxing atmosphere with hidden shady spots and the whirlpool baths.

    I really enjoyed the wonderful sushi at Akeru and the fun atmosphere by the kid's pool with awesome slides. It felt great to relax there but the buffet left a lot to be desired.
